The Clouds from Jakarta, Indonesia

Our very first feature under the Eksena Ko section comes from Jakarta, Indonesia from an indie band called The Clouds. This band formed out of the remnants of a band called Miserables back in 2001. It seems to have had a long musical journey. Its members come from the underground hardcore and punk scene of Jakarta of the 90s. Their metamorphosis into an indie band seems to have been sparked by the excesses of the period.
